Our research areas include characterizing the air quality impact of global change, quantifying on-road emissions from motor vehicles using mobile platform, modeling near-road air quality, and developing air pollution mitigation strategies. We have been conducting projects in Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, New York City, Austin, TX, Beijing, China, Chongqing, China, Los Angeles, CA and Tampa, FL.

We finished our design of a 700-acre sustainable development on the Big Island of Hawaii. We are also developing strategies to reduce the energy consumption of the Duffield Hall on Cornell Campus.
